Kaunsa.com – No delivery after full payment in advance.

The party has failed to meet their commitment to deliver the purchased item after receiving the full amount in advance. Now they are asking me to pay extra money to get the delivery. Their customer care is pathetic and careless, and is not able to resolve the issue. None of their senior officials are available for help.

The goods have not been delivered after full payment in advance (Today is the 17th day, I paid the amount on October 4, 2013.

Immediate delivery of the item.
