Respected sir, i am the user of AIRCEL telecom. Since few days my operator doing wrong deduction. One day i got message that i you have been charged 30? for video talkies, if you want to deactivate service send message stop to 155223. I sent Messages and replied come no any value added service is added to you number. But when i again charge my number with 70 ? company again deducted 60? by giving same reason.

Sir i want you check all matter and please refund my balance. Because company do total 90? deduction without any reason. I also email to aircel operator but they also give same reason. So you take action on my complaint. Thankfully
