i purchase a Toshiba hard disk online on paytm vide order no 893816126. The hard disk was never despatched to me neither i was provided any courier bill no. when after one month i asked for refund they said they are seeing into the matter and after many days kept delaying the issue. then i cancelled the order online on their website and asked for refund and now they are saying when seller will receive hard disk i will get refund. Since the seller had not dispatched it how it is going to receive it back. please get my money refunded.

i have gone through mental agony and torture by those people who didnt respond with proper reasons. they have taken my money and are on course to digest the money. i had purchased the hard disk to save my research and send it to my office. Since i didnt receive the hardish resulting in the delay of submitting my research and i have to resubmit it again after three months. this resulted in wasting my three months.
