Aircel – without my permission balance deduction no support for customer care

Hi,I am Avik Goon from kolkata,using Aircel prepaid connection.My aircel number is: 8013724269 .Yesterday 07/12/13 i have got a call from aircel around 3:30 p.m approx. saying that they had a offer for me,i told them that i was in office and don’t have time,and also i don’t need any offer i clearly refused to take any offer and disconnect the call.but around 7:00 or 7:30 p.m(approx.) i received a sms saying that rs.98 gprs is activated on my a/c.i called customer service 4 times in 24hour they just saying me record is not updated and when i called today(08/12/13) 7:30 p.m they told me i activated it by myself by dialing some bla bla bla number when i strongly refused it and told them that their representative have called me on 07/12/13 on around 3:30pm by saying some gprs offer is their for me i clearly refused him to take any offer but still he activated it in my a/c.After listening this Then they told me that i had called after 24hr.so nothing can be done.What kind of joke is this?When i called previous 4times why they refused me by their stupid excuses.Does customer’s money cause nothing?Does customer’s have no other things to do except calling to ‘198’ for this type of cheating?And most important is while i refused to take the offer then who gave them right to activate it without my permission and deduct my balance?When I called them 4 times from yeaterday they are just saying kindly call after 4hr.when i further contacted they refused to take complain may i know why?Then why they didn’t helped me when i called them between 24hr.?Now can anyone tell me where is my fault and why i should pay for this..?Is Aircel is their to cheat people and cheat their money?Or to steal customer’s money?

I want My Rs.98 back.
