My Aircel postpaid no is 9782825XX9 and a balance of 60 rs deducted from my account in a wrong manner.customer care blocked my no. that’s why l cannot talk with customer care. so I am stressed from last two days. Please do the needful. Can you help me ?

I demand that Aircel refund of my balance and not to repeat such mistake.
