I have booked parcel through DTDC from Howarah to Kolkata on 05/05/2014. i check the tracking statuse its was reached samblpur branch on 07/05/2014.I try contact so many times but didn’t get any response form their end. Even they didn’t contact customer since the parcel reached samblpur. its 23/05/2014 but no status updated and no response from their end.

Its already 15 days but the product not reached till now. Kindly look into the matter ASAP else I am going to get a stay order for your courier and parcel operation from Consumer Court.
