Sony Xperia Mobile Not Returned by Customer Repair Service

I have submitted my phone Sony Xperia Lt26i on March 11, 2014. My job number is W114031104055.Customer care told me that it is hardware problem and it cannot be replaced also. So they told me to replace the phone with Sony Xperia Z (higher version) since they didn’t have the same model replacement. Also I was assured that, after submitting the DD to Sony service, I will be getting the phone within 10 days with 1 year warranty. For Sony Xperai Z, I have submitted DD of Rs.6000/- on April 26, 2014. Also, I have given all the accessories of my old phone to the Sony service centre on the same day. Till now, there is no response from Sony service customer care. I have already spoken to Ashiwin (customer care), regarding this on May 10, 2014 & May 15, 2014. Ashwin had told me that, new mobile I will be receiving by May 17, 2014. I f I call customer care, they say it is in process and it will take time 2 to 3 days. Each and every time I call, I get the same answer. First of all there is communication gap among the teams, as they don’t know what the latest update of the job number. I have submitted my old phone more than 3 months & 1 month before I have submitted the DD for new phone.

I should receive new phone Sony Xperia Z with all the accessories and warranty at earliest.
