Aircel – Wrong balance deduction

I received a message from Aircel asking “NDPI17 service activated, you will enjoy service shortly” etc. on 09 Apr 2014 at 09:38 AM. My balance deducted for RS 17. How, any service can be activated without customer requested, and unwanted money deducted. I have no received any promotional call from Aircel and not dialed any number. Even, I have not make any call or received any call and not sent any SMS from my mobile till 10:50 AM.

Pls, refund my wrong deducted amount.
