Tata Indicom – varification Error cause monetary loss

Dear Sir, I am Kshitijmohan Vashistha, I have bought two connection 9216055xxx(Tata Photon Plus) & 9041086xxx(Post Paid GSM) from Tata Docomo Brand Store at 3B2 Mohali, Address as well as Id for both numbers are same but My Tata Photon Plus connection has been disconnected due to non-verification while I am having a Welcome kit with For GSM Post Paid conncetion, as Billing address has been verified. I bought this Tata Photon Plus So my Wife can use it to have work from Home. And by this error she has lost Two day`s salary which is a monetary loss to us as customer. I request you to kindly check the status as well as complaint so We can have our claim adjusted

She is earning INR 15000/Month and we Claim Two days salary (i.e. Inr 1000) Photon bill of 2 days on which Devise not worked.
