I Asif shaikh residing @ Pune ,traveled in air India flight AI 659 on 23 nov Sunday @ 13.45 from Srinagar to Delhi & Delhi to Mumbai on AI 863 @18.00 instead of AI 853 which was rescheduled from 18.50 pm to 16.00 pm .On arrival @ 20.00 pm I found my baggage missing which was left @ Delhi airport only AI 167072 , & after completing all the formalities related to the missing baggage( file/complaint no 122)I left for Pune .where I received my bag on Monday evening , but with all my important stuff missing from it. i contacted on the numbers given @ the time of complaint ,but was disappointing. I had a rado watch & some expensive perfumes & even my phone back up missing from my bag. I humbly request you all to check the matter on priority & revert back on urgent basis .thanks
