on September 11…due to HUD HUD cyclone the dish repaired. on 5th November… when power came to my home town we complaint to operate ref number 40959209. on that day on wards…they don’t respond to our complaint for repairing.we called them so many times but they don’t respond properly.

we feel so badly about the situation. we get mental health condition due to lack of entertainment.economically we loss our paid amount…due to their behavior we loss entertainment in our life and felling badly.

recover the situation as soon as possible. and recover my paid amount and make fine(for day 1000 rupes from complaint day)to that company because lake of service.
