Airline – Lost Baggage poor service

On 1st may 2015, i boarded the flight no OD315, booking reference number ZPNWNO from Jakarta to new delhi ,the fight was booked online by myself and the transit was from kula lumpur , the flight departure time was 1.10 PM and it got delayed by 1.30 Hour , on reaching to kuala lumpur at 5.50, i have to rush to the departure terminal to get the conecting flight at 6.05PM ,and eventually i got the flight, but on reaching new delhi att 9.50 PM , i lost my baggage in transit. it was one purple color baggage.

It made me a mental stress as to run for one flight to another flight and also in between i lost my baggage , it is the pure mis management of the airlines as for there delay of one and a half hour i suffered, till date on filling of this complaint i dont have clothes to wear. It is a clear mental agony and physical stress to me and my family.
