I ordered two nyx butter glosses from the Instagram page of glam n shine which is run by Ms rakhi budhiraja on 4th April 2015. I paid them inr 1700 in advance from my account via cash deposit on 6th April 2015 and waited for the goods till 15th April 2015 but there was no sign of them and even on repeated questioning the owner of this page did not address my query nor did she reply . Finally she reverted back after repeated attempts on 21st April 2015 saying she will refund the money if Il not get my parcel!till 25th April I waited for my parcel but it didn’t show up so I texted her again and she told me that she will refund my money but she didn’t do that till 2nd may 2015 amd when I texted her about the same she did not reply. I adressed my issue on her Instagram page after which she texted me and misbehaved subsequently blocking me from her Instagram page as well as whatsapp without refunding my money.

She cheated on me and ran away with my inr 1700. It is my hard earned money that she got away with and even after being the one at fault she had the audacity to misbehave with me.this whole ordeal has not just caused me a financial loss but has also been emotionally and mentally taxing.
