Paytm – Product not sealed defective

I purchased Samsung galaxy A7 mobile from online shopping site paytm via order No 84989xxx on 31st March, 2015 and it was delivered on 7th April. The product was not sealed properly and it was defective from the beginning..Paytm has a policy of taking product back within 15 days if product is defective…So I intimated paytm about defective product and raised a request for return which was accepted on 19th April..Paytm responded that they would take the product back and refund my full amount..But even after so many days, they have not picked up the product back..Their customer care is also non responsive now

Please ask them to take their product back and refund my full amount
