Dear sir, i had purchased a htc mobile from snapdeal which was delivered to me on 21 april 2015. That product is faulted. I requested a replacement next day that is on 22 april. 10 days passed they are just delaying. They are trying to be fraud with me. By delaying this from 10 days they may be thinking that i will have to use this faulted set as they will not provide any response.
As i had talked many times to snapdeal and had rushed to courier offices for requesting a pickup. I had wasted my time and money. I want that my phone should be replaced and 1000rs should be given to me. I would like to request you to please help me out from this.
