Dear Sir, Airlines do not accept soft copies/sms/i pad or tablets as valid proof of travel,instead insist on paper tickets. This practice is environmentally unfriendly,i strongly advice that this practice should be stopped and airlines be directed to accept soft copies of tickets as valid proof for travel. Even railway ministry has adopted this approach, hence i recommend that the ministry consider this in all seriousness. Regards, Surbhi Gupta
