My cell no of Idea 90850 48387. I had rechrged recently with Rs50/ . It took 12 hours for the co. to deduct the balance of 41 without asingle call. While complaining at the local office at Guwahati, the came up with some explanations and credited Rs20/- only. The next morning I saw that the same 20/- is also deducted fully without making a single call . The team here is also clueless , I want an explanation from the company and ask them to restore full balance .Also no future deduction should happen by default. sisir saikia
