Hello I am writing this complaint because Airtel is providing internet speed on 2G network is only 5kbps for downloading. And when I contacted to the customer care they told me that they are transferring my call tho their senior officer and after that they put me on the hold and they disconnect the call. I used to say that airtel is the best mobile operator company it has the best service but now I warn my friends to stay away from this company. I have called the customer care at least 12 times but as usual no reply. And now I am planing to change my service provider, believe me I really want to stick to airtel but because of this problem I am bound to change my service provider. Please help me. I have used all their tips but result is the same slow internet.
