Sir, I have a Airtel 3G data pack in my no. 7897XXX770, and Night Cash Back facility is activated in same. on August 7th, 2016; I used data around 110 MB between 12-6 Am, but other than Mr. Monu Pawar all other customer care representative have declined my data usage. They are confirming that I have used only 12 MB data for which my account has been credited by 6 MB data.

The scheme is for daily basis which says that any data consumed between 12-6 AM would be credited back to account by 50% and any call make between 12-6 AM would be credited back by 50% in form of local Airtel to Airtel minute. So economic loss can’t be calculated for this as usage is as per need basis but approximately 50% of monthly consumption

Sir I want my night cash back for each and every day and a statement of the same in debit and credit format. In fact they are cheating us by this way.
