I am using Airtel Sim. I have recharged today for 186Rs 1gb 3G data against the ad came using online recahrge to my mobile but its not recharged. If the offer is not applicable or not available why is it sent to my no.
I want the answer and refund.

I recharged Rs.17/- for my Airtel mobile no.9652643233 on 02.02.15 vide order ID FCVW 150202125785668. Against this recharge I have to receive Rs.10/- talk time & a facility of Local/STD calls @ 1.2 paisa/2 seconds. Still I have not received that talk time along with the facility. Pls do the needful.
