OneAssist – Continuous Harassment

Since June 23, 2016, when my mobile got stolen and I contacted OneAssist for insurance claim, I have gone through continuous mental harassment every day. They have had me visit Police Station and Airtel office twice in 2 days. I had to apply for half day leave in office both days. Their online portal is pathetic, there is no right option to upload documents. They want me to upload declaration form and other forms in section called “Check Copy”. When I try to do so, it says the portal is locked because I just uploaded something in the same place. Helpdesk team asks me to wait for 24 hours to get it unlocked. They ask me to upload some documents one day, and after 2 days they send me more forms to fill and upload. Because of which, I had to visit Police Station and Airtel Office twice. They are not professional at all. I have replied to a lady (Ratika Walunj), who is from backend team, twice in last 3 days, but she never responded to a single mail. Not even a single acknowledgement. They just give me 48 hours to upload all the docs they sent. I really doubt they are actually going to help me settle my claim. I strongly feel they are playing with me (or may be more customers) intentionally so that we cancel our claim request and they get benefited. I am damn tired in just 5 days of time. I need some help spreading this incident to public and more forums. I will file a legal case against them for mental harassment. Claim Reference: SR#1443890 Shashank
