Airtel 3G – Invalid Mobile Balance Deduction

My main Account balance of Airtel Mobile was deducted of 125 Rs(It was 625 Rs but now it’s 500 Rs )on 25 Feb 2014 even though my 3G account balance was still available (2.39 MB as on 26 Feb 2014). I am not a new user and I know that my Data usage shouldn’t get deducted from my main account when I have balance in my 3G DA11 account. Even after repeated requests the customer care support had a rude behavior and gave me rubbish excuses which I am not satisfied with, I had a very bad experience dealing and complaining to them and I feel that I am being cheated. I want a full refund of Rs 125 for this invalid transaction. Thank You.

Regarding Loss of my Airtel prepaid SIM Card
Sir, I have an airtel prepaid sim card, mobile number 7499447308. I have lost my mobile and with that my sim card too. please block the number for 15 days temporarily and let me know the procedure for getting another sim with the same number Thanks & Regards
