I had ordered a jeans from yepme.com for rs.493/- on January 13, 2014, payment made through netbanking, Order Id : 4902757, i received it on 25 jan 2014, and what i had received was a footpath sold jean, so i requested for refund my money, complain id 540671, i returned the product through speed post after so many calls and mails to customer care after a 25 days i received my courier charges as a coupon. but still no refund amount was made. almost after a month when i called customer care they told that amount has been transferred to your bank account. but no amt was credited to my account, then they asked me to email the my bank account statement. but still no refund received. YEPME.COM IS THE WORST ONLINE SERVICE. First they took 20 days for delivery for footpath jeans then for courier charges 30 days and now for refund may be they take 1 year..
