Airtel 3G – Mumbai Connectivity & Billing

With reference to my mobile no : 9967XCX675, i have activated Airtel 3G services last month and after 15 days i exceeded the limit and so i had done top-up of Rs. 300. 1st the executive whom i had asked to do the top-up didn’t told me that i would be getting 2G network and not 3G network after top-up. Still i managed. He had also told me that whatever changes you want to do in the plan you can be done after 25th March as billing cycle would start from that date. After 25th when i was not getting 3G Network, i called up executive and also mailed them but all of them came with same invalid reason that its because of location issue.

My question here is the location is if location is an issue, t means airtel has weak network in mumbai? When i activated 3G it was working fine then why after 20 days and that top-up there is location issue? Would anyone believe it? I stay at miraroad and my office is at vile parle and which is not weak network area then where is the issue? And if this is issue where airtel’s network is weak, why the hell you activated 3G in the first place????????? And not only this, i received almost 4 sms and e-mails stating problem has been resolved. When and where the problem is resolved when am still getting 2G and got no proper from nodal team. I sent mail to redressal team but no response which means Airtel has got poor services and worst customer support.

I would not be paying single penny to them for last or current month as i have faced issues and got worst response for them. I have not used services i activated so i am not liable to pay. I want them to apologise for creating all such mess and wasting my time in complains and all.
