I am staying at Boisar (Tarapur – Thane). My Dad bought Vespa S in February and had very bad experience with Vespa S. on 22nd March I am on my scooter & returning back to my home in night at 9 pm. and suddenly my scooter (Vespa) stop working and its really imbalancing for me, I had tried a lot, and some how I have manage to reach to my uncle house. Next day I called to dealer from whom we bought the scooter ( Guru Gobind Motors) and explain him full story, he replied that he will send his engineer, but nobody came till 27th March. on 25th march I have showed my scooter to a local mechanic and as per his examination, there is one part which supply petrol to the engine i.e. Petrol Cock is not working and need replacement. Thame thing I had informed to dealer also but still no respoce.

I had also made the enquiry every where in local area, but not able to get that part. There after on 27th March I put an email complaint to vespa company on vespaindia@piaggio.co.in. And till date there is no any proper feedback received from any of the above. we got only false & baseless promises. As my scooter is only 2 month old then its better that I could get replacement or my money back. Because from now I cannot trust on this scooter anymore.
