Airtel 3G Not Activated – Customer Care Hangs the Phone

This is jayesh here from gujarat. recently I got a scheme in my mobile about recgarge that if you recharge with Rs. 1099, you will get Rs. 1200 talk time and 600 mbs of 3G data free. I did so. I got my balance done. But no 3G connection.

I contacted helpline. they said it will take around 90 mins to activate this offer. however it was not done in that time limit. I called them after 4 hours and they say that there has not been any offer like that in your mobile no. when I dial *122# it still shows the same offer. please give me suggestion for what to do.

I was trying to talk to him and THE HELPLINE CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE ACTUALLY CUT MY PHONE . NOW I AM TRYING TO DIAL 198 AGAIN AND MY CALL IS NOT RECEIVED BY ONY ONE. I am really frustrated and down as why this company is acting like this way.. I heartily request you to take an action and idea helpline to respond me.
