Airtel – 3G not working several problems

I purchased the SIM from the nearest campaign of AIRTEL office JAMTARA on 5th November 2014 and faced several problems given below : 1. They had not done a recharge ( so called FRC) until my several requests till 17th November. 2. I used 3G for few minutes then suddenly my connection was barred. 3. I tried to contact customer complain number (198) several times in a day but their response was not at all satisfactory to my service. 4. Contacting many times in this month ,my last conversation was with senior executor RITESH (as informed) which was harassing to me, I felt hopeless to my service.
