Have been paying for 3G service at my house for Airtel 3G for more than a year. 4-5 times the engineer has visited my place but the problem has not yet been fixed. I have been paying for a service which i am not getting properly. The 3G service and network at my place is pathetic and the company is not doing anything about it. Also the call reception is pathetic when on 3G network.Please help…

I am paying for 3G service and i want the service to the fullest at my place. Also if a complaint is registered a customer needs to be updated about the current situation and the time its gonna take to resolve the problem
