Sir, I booked one piece of shirt online at www.shoppersstop.com and paid an amount of Rs 1196.37 on 11.08.2014, through net banking (Order Number 6104255). On 15.08.2014, an email from above website was received which stated that they could not arrange for the item booked and has cancelled my order and as stated in their e-mail, the refund in case of payment through net banking was to be received within 2-3 days. After waiting for 4 days, I called the customer care and an e-mail in context to my telephone was sent that the amount will be refunded in 15 working days. However, till date I have not received my amount. I request your kind intervention in the above case. Thanking you. Kind Regards Shivender.
