I have purchased 4G LTE connection with USB Modem price Rs.1500. While selling the product,they show demo and it was working fine. I purchased 4G Connection with USB modem. Two-Three months,it was working fine. Now 4G connection is not working. Airtel told me to use 3G connection with the same price as they said 4G signal is not available in your area. When I told them to stop my service,they said we will not take USB modem back and we will not refund back Rs.1500. Kindly help me

I want either increase the Internet Connection speed to 4G or take back USB modem and pay me Rs.1500 which I paid
