I have purchased a Airtel 4G Dongle device \ connectivity from Airtel after aggressive marketing Posters allover trees & walls near my apartment] and also a demo at my residence from a airtel person during which the internet connectivity seemed to work, After assurances by the counter person at the Airtel center that there was no connectivity near my residence, I booked a connection paying Rs.4250 for 5 Months, I tried to connect the device to my laptop to my utter shock & disappointment i found that there is no internet connectivity, when i approached the Airtel customer support with my complaint they have updated that signal strength is very poor near my residence and additional towers needs to be deployed & they could not assure by when the tower would be installed.

Immediate apology from someone responsible in Airtel for the inconvenience caused and refund of the Amount i have paid and a reasonable compensation to me for the inconvenience which this organization feels is appropriate
