Paytm E-Wallet – Hacking attempt money lost

Paytm has introduced a service known as E-Wallet, where a user can keep some amount of money, which can be used for availing services through paytm website. All the cashback, which is received through online shopping at PayTM is also sent to wallet instead of the bank account. Hence, usage of wallet has been made mandatory by paytm themselves. On 17th May 2015, Sunday, I had 9000 INR in my paytm wallet. At, 15:13 in the afternoon, i received a message from paytm that the money has been transferred to some other accounts. When i logged in and checked, no money was there in my wallet and the i have no acquittance with the people to whom the money was sent. I complained paytm regarding this incident in 7 minutes. But, they didn”t respond to my requests. Next day, they responded and they said that it was a hacking attempt and we could only save 5000 Rs out of 9000 Rs and 4000 Rs is lost. If their system is so insecure then why they force us to use the wallet? Moreover when i asked them to recover the money from the fraudster as they have all the details with them, they are not doing it and simply raising their hands and shedding the responsibility. This is a kind request to you to interfere and asked them to return my 4000 INR lost money. Moreover, they have no regards for their customers. They never reply to the mails, they never call you back, they just find a way to escape from the responsibilities.

I want my 9000 INR back to my account.
