Ordered one Tablemate foldable table vide order No. 11363182 on 26.03.2015. Received e-mail/SMS on 04.04.2015 stating that my order was delivered, which is not true. Immediately sent them an e-mail informing the same. Constantly, I was reminding them about refund, as I haven’t received the item. Since then, they simply ignoring my mails, or saying that they are investigating the matter. Once they called to inform that they will refund my money, which will be credited to my card account in a couple of days, which never happens.

I would like to get my amount of ?448/- back, along with penal damages for cheating and not responding properly.
