I had applied for Airtel 4g wifi dongle on 85278 77448 post paid connection in corporate exchange offer.I had given my reliance CDMA dongle in exchange and paid rupees 1300 to Mr unis on 29th march 2016. He immediately gave me the SIM and promised me to provide the device within 10 days as there was shortage of stock during that time.The address verification for the activation is also completed and It has been four months since then I didn’t receive the device.I had complained the same to airtel team and they did not resolve my issue from last 3 months even after regular follow up.All the deadlines given by them have been lapsed and I have no hope in getting resolution fro them.

Approximately 32 manhours are wasted in taking to airtel customer care writing emails , explaining the same issue every time to a new executive who called me.12 Hours of my office working hours were wasted in making visit to the airtel representative to resolve my issue.I felt cheated and helplessness since a Major brand like Airtel is unresponsive to my complaint even to their highest appellate authority.

I want my SIM and Device delivered to my home address and want Rs 10000 as compensation for making me suffer.
