Xolo Mobiles – No Customer Care / Warranty

We have purchased XOLO 8x-1000 from filpkart online Jan 2015. Mobile phone battery got damaged and we submitted mobile to XOLO service center in pune. Service center gave us DOA (dead on arrival) certificate but no one is responding now neither XOLO nor flipkart. We have called customer care of xolo lot of time. XOLO told us that they are continuously contacting flipkart but no result till now

Our faulty mobile is still with us and we didn’t got any replacement. We want our mobile phone to be get replaced. Attached is the copy of DOA. we received from service center
