Airtel 4G-LTE complaint – Connection Not Working

My Airtel 4G connection no 96113112XX was not working since 21st October 13. I raised a complaint on the same day, service request no 53409402 . I raised a complaint on 29th October, service request no 53540190, 53541570. SR no 53566703 raised on 30 Oct 2013. SR no 53584184 raised on 31 Oct 2013. The connection was finally rectified on 15th November when I received a call from Airtel technical department informing of the same. I hence raised 53983011 service request dated 29.11.13 for waiver of rental from 26 th October to 15th November when the connection started working. I am being offered all kinds of incomplete waivers from Airtel, I feel I should not pay for anything except 10 days of rental for my connection from 15th till 25th of november. I find it unacceptable that I should pay for anything extra after having suffered with no connection for 25 days. I am fully willing to get this connection cancelled in case this harassment from them end continues with current shoddy service.
