Here is Vikas Jadhav .I want to transfer my Licence from bajaj allianz to LIC. But Bajaj allianz not allowing to me transfer my licence. They are denied me to give NOC, they want at least 5 policies and then they allow me to transfer my Licence. I’m finding difficulty to give them 5 policies. Please let me know other option’s to transfer my licence. I have completed 1 year+ for bajaj allianze Regards, Viaks Jadhav

Regarding surrendering my policy IRDA complaint

Dear sir,
I had purchased Birla sun life insurance Vision life plan for 35 year term. Annual Premium about Rs. 13700 paid for first year. Policy received on without prior verification from Birla sun life & without proper information regarding plan. I had filed surrender of policy within time limit. But company did not took back policy & refused to give back policy premium amount. So, please help me resolve the matter & arrange for my return of premium amount against policy surrender.
