Airtel 4G LTE Connection Issue Not REsolved

Dear Sir / Madam, 1) I had taken an Airtel 4G Connection on 8th March from the Airtel Sales Person Shashi (Number : 9632225626). 2) But even after 1 week this was not activated in spite of giving all necessary documents. I did follow up with Shashi and got it activated. 3) Once it got activated it was very slow and hence I gave complaint to Airtel Customer Care. Airtel customer care promised to resolve this issue, but it never happened.(SR NO : 55456652) 4) I gave complaint next day for same issue but no use. 5) I got Frustrated, and requested for Cancellation of my Airtel Connection also I have asked for money back (1500) which was taken by Sales person for dongle(SR NO : 55479240). No use. 6) I got a call from Airtel Retention team and they promised me to resolve the issue it did not happen. 7) After some time I got a call from one of technical person from Airtel and told me that there is no signal available in my area. 8) So my question here is even though there is no signal in my area how can you sell your dongal to me. It is basically a cheating. 9) I have called so many times to your call center and explained each and every thing every time when I call till now my issues is not solved. 10) On top of it I got a bill from Airtel for 360 rupees bill even though I am not able to use your dongel and Airtel technical team only working on that –> I cant believe that with in Airtel there is no coordination between different teams. 11) One person from Call center tells that I will send a mail to concern team to waive off the bills but next day one more person tells that you have pay bill –> What is this non sense ? 12) I really got frustrated with the service of Airtel. Enough is enough… If you dont resolve my issue within 1 day and if I dont get the amount 1500/- for the dongel, I will be forced to go to Consumer Court and take necessary action..(I have all the call and mail details which has happened between me and Airtel) Hope you understand my frustration and resolve the issue ASAP.
