This company is total fraud. They offered me a 4n/5d stay at any 3star or 5star hotel of my choice but at the time of booking they never booked for our stay. I lost Rs. 16000/- by purchasing 2 vouchers. Whenever I called at customer care no. everytime new person would talk to me and tell me that they would get back to me. but no one calls afterwards. The persons who booked by vouchers were Kartik, Nikhil, Akshay, Rahul . But they stopped answering my calls once I made the payment.They also promised me free gift of dell laptop. From last 10 days they everyday promised me for my booking confirmation. From today morning every contact no are switched off. I would request all people to be aware of this fraud company.

Vacation gateway a fraud travelling company. I recived a call on 15th jan regarding travelling packages and the gifts they told me to offer is a dell laptop and a lcd tv for two packages. i booked two packages, but i didnt receive any gift , they are not picking up the calls also. Kindly give me a solution how to get my money back. 9900688765
