There has been two services activated on my Airtel mobile service so far without my permission and a total of 70 rupees has been deducted from my balance.

The most important thing is that whenever I was calling customer care, they are not responding and even not attending my call, they are not taking my call seriously. I want all my deducted money back right now, otherwise I have to take some necessary action.

By the way I read so many illegal money deduction complaints on this website and why is the TRAI not levying any penalty on the same ?
