The New India Assurance-12/3 asaf Ali Road New Delhi–2 made a payment of mediclaim in July 2012 after a delay of more than 3 years, but no penal interest was paid by the company. I even wwrote to them immediately demanding the interest for the delayed period, but they have not even responded to it. The de amount was 73578 plus the interest till now. Rs 73578/ has been received but interest not received till now.

As a result of this I have suffered a loss of more than 50,000.

I demand interest of 12% compounded on the due amount till now.
