Airtel Activation of my SIM

I S. Venkateswara Rao is a customer(post paid) of your Airtel since 7 years. My mobile No.9866245434. I have been paying the monthly mobile bills promptly and regularly. and I have receiving the copy of mobile bill regularly. All of sudden I have received a message on 16.07.2012 at about 1.30 PM from you to submit address proof documents at the nearest Airtel showroom within one day. On the same day at about 8.30PM the disconnect the outgoing service from my mobile.
On 17.07.2012 I have submitted the address proof documents in Airtel showroom at Kothagudem.
Sofar my SIM was not activated. Further on 19.07.2012 in the morning my SIM was blocked.
Hence I request you kindly activate my SIM immediately as it is very inconvenience to the customers without giving sufficient time to the customer to submit the address proof documents. This is highly objectionable to us though we are submitting the Address proof documents at Airtel showroom.
