Hi, I have been Airtel Postpaid mobile customer for last 6 years, and my mobile number is 9898534131. I usually do my bill payments by net banking. I tried to pay Rs. 598 on 16/06/12 via net baking using Airtel Website. The money got debited from my IDBI Bank Account (No.009104000221047) but the payment could not be completed by the Airtel. Even I did not get any Transaction ID for that. Kindly look in to the matter and do the needful asap. – Kumar.
