I have booked a connection by paying an advance deposit of Rs 4995 for my office landline on 16th march 2013 and it was paid through cheque no 138789 from oriental bank of commerce dated 19/03/2013. but the connection could not be installed due to non feasibility.I have full records of emails regarding the issues and they are not willing to pay me my refund and harrassed me a lot. i have also sent them a copy of bank statement still they are not paying.i warned them about a complaint but still they are unresponsive.

i just want my money back and a reasonable compensation for the harassment that i have gone through . so that they will not repeat this with any other customer.
