On 3rd Jan 2015 at 19:23 pm, I made an online recharge of Rs.150/- to my airtel number 845490xxx. Receipt No.1293532619, Transaction Reference Number: 10335733 It’s been 3 days and the money is not been credited to my airtel prepaid a/c till date.

I tried calling airtel customer care 5 times on 3rd Jan 2015, but there was no response. I also tried lodging complain on airtel. in website under Need Help tab, but after submitting the details, I got error message. I also tried visiting the airtel gallery at 7 pm in the evening, but it was closed. I am really frustrated and not happy with the airtel service at all.
