I have upgraded the Tata Sky HD to its Higher version Tata HD VoD against the payment of Rs.5991.00 in cash. But when asked for the said receipt person concerned is denying the bill. Kindly guide me in the same.
It is consumer right to get bill and receipt of payment against the goods or services he bought.
I want the receipt from party concerned.
