Hi, I orderd an Alberto Torresi shoes from Flipkart which was fullfiled by ws retail. The Order date was 26th Dec 2014 and delivery date was 10 Jan 2014. Order no – OD001645503005707300 I have payed them by credit card for the same I got an message saying order is approved and under processing. Next day it says the order is under processing and they will need additional 7 days for delivery. After chasing them twice to get an update on shipping delivery . The Flipkart support team once mentioned that they will deliver it before 17th and latter they say the can’t deliver it. I order the product under scheme where ther was 10% additional off on Standard charted card

This is really bad. I orders a shoes to gift it to my brother and never revived it. after chasing it twice I get to know once that its under processing and will be delivers on or before 17th and latter there executive says they can’t fulfill. I went under mental stress whee in I had to chase the flipkart on this and worry about my order, Also it means i was fooled as during order they showed all discount and all and now after paying the say they cant give discount.Secondly there was a financial loses as I payed them on 26th about 1163 rupees and they say the will return it on by 6th Jan ie 11 days my money was with them without any appreciation. I also lost my time in this which is quite crucial
