Tata Sky – Damage caused by technician during installation

Hi, This is Ajit singh Mourya. This complaint is for sub id – 1079556377 Tata Sky which is registered in the name of Mr.Upmanyu Mandloi who is my Brother in law.I had logged a Relocation request on 1st/2nd Jan since my family had moved to gandhidham in gujarat from Vadodara (Gujarat). The person who came damaged a portion of my wall while making a drill & the plaster came off. The person was not good at work & was making the drill shoddily & I myself told him to be careful since I thought that he was doing it wrong, but he wouldn’t listen to me. Eventually he ended up damaging a portion of the wall from where the plaster came off ( the drill was supposed to be made in the wooden frame of the door). I have been asked to compensate for the same by paying Rs.1000 to the builder since I am on rent. I didn’t pay anything to this person since he had caused this damage & told him that I wouldn’t pay & would raise a complaint against him for such sloppy work to which he daringly said, he would have the money deducted from my account whenever I recharged it.I recharged my account 2 days back & instantly Rs. 200 was deducted. I felt infuriated since after damaging somebody’s property they still expect the customers to pay them. I also wrote them a mail on 4th Jan, but there is no reply till now. I requested the following as compensation towards damages caused by their technician by either- 1) Reversing the Rs.200 deducted & making a payment of Rs.1000 in my name through cheque or direct transfer. OR 2) Reversing the amount of Rs.200 deducted & crediting my account with Rs.1000 as compensation towards damages. Would request your intervention in this regard. Attached is a photo of the damaged wall.

1)Reverse the amount of Rs.200 debited from my account for relocation. 2) Reimburse for the loss with Rs.1000 since I have to pay the same to the builder.
