Hi , I am Manas Saha from Calcutta , this is to bring you a kind notice that i am using a Vodafone postpaid number 898159xxx for 1 year and in this time frame of 1 year i have been charged wrongly for the call conference , charged levied on SMS billing as well as on the data usage , i am a regular user of vodafone and paid the bills regularly and now i am very disappointed with the customer service and performance of the vodafone . Instead of sending 30 email’s to the appellate and nodal , customer service agents did not refunded back my money and they are claiming that these are correctly charged according to there database . I have visited vodafone store seveal time and also visited the vodafone circle office at DLF sector V @ kolkata. I have not received any positive response . In addition , i have experience a network connectivity issue’s in my area which was not addressed. so , tell me , is this possible for me to run each and every time to vodafone .. So , you tell me , being a user of voadafone , how this is being justified ???? I have already followed the last level of escalation with vodafone but i have not get any result… I have requested several times that i have not used those service but they are not ready to understand my point , so i have decided that i am not going to pay there last month and the current month of bill …. I have came here to inform and highlight you the fraudulent practices done by the vodafone , i have all the copies of the email’s which i have highlighted them and all the records with me ..If you want i can forward to you guys anytime… Please do the needful on priority basis because i want to sustain my old number 8981593xxx.
