Airtel Billing Issues on CUG Connection

I received the bill for my airtel number 8826022xxx on 29th August and i found that i have been charged for calling the cug number 8826023xxx which i have recently bought around a month back. Both my numbers 8826022xxx and 8826023070 are corporate(cug) numbers for Wipro Technologies. I have called 121 and registered my complaint and came to know that my new number 882602xxx has been put in a different parent id than my previous number by the airtel people. So i requested them to please change the parent id of my new number 882602xxx and put it the same parent id as of my old number 8826022xxx. I further requested them to reverse all the charges charged to me for calls done between my cug numbers 8826022xxx and 8826023xxx as this is not my fault but is the mistake from their side as they can see my application form as well that i have given my current number 8826022xxx everywhere so that it should be taken care that the new number should be free from my old number. I have mailed to 121@in.airtel.com,enterprise@in.airtel.com and nodalofficer.del@in.airtel.com so many times however didnt receive any reply so i would like to escalate this issue to you. It has been around a month and they have not even replied to my mails. Please Help.

I would like to get all the charges reversed which were charged for all calls between my cug numbers.
